I didn’t “wake up” from a gentle nudging while I lay snug in my bed. I had to burn my life to the ground; that’s what it took . . . losing everything that was dear to me, on the heels of tragedy.  So, if you’re judging yourself for not working hard enough to change your life, please let that go. For it is the judgment itself that is now standing in your way… not to mention all the energy you are wasting with this judgment.  It isn’t easy, fighting for a different kind of existence, against everything you have been taught, and everything you have “known” about reality, happiness, and what it takes to get there. . . But it IS possible, it is more than possible; and so I am sharing this journey with you, what it took to get here, and what it takes to continue to grow into the person I was always meant to be.

This is not for the faint of heart, for growing into the person that was lost for so long is uncomfortable . . . but it doesn’t have to be painful, as the pain has more to do with the story of who I thought myself to be, than it does with the feelings that are associated with that past.

It is possible to change that story, to change who you are . . . KNOW this.

In this blog I will share the process and the tools I use daily in order to illicit this change, this “waking up to consciousness.” It is beautiful, it is uncomfortable, it is expansive and glorious, and many times full of tears. But you don’t have to feel alone and lost anymore . . . for these are the tools in which you may find yourself, your higher self, your guides, and your connection to this world and all the light and dark within it.

WELCOME!
